No. All participants must ride in the motorcoach that will leave the Westin Indianapolis at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 7th.

Pre-Registration will be open on Monday from 1-7 pm in the Westin Indianapolis lobby. Day 1 and 2 (Tuesday and Wednesday) registration will take place starting at 8 am at the Indiana Convention Center’s Room 113 (across from the 500 Ballroom).

We suggest that you check with the hotel where you are staying to see if they offer a shuttle service. You can also use Uber, Lyft or taxi. The Indianapolis International Airport is located 14.5 miles from downtown Indianapolis.

While there are several hotels to choose from, The Westin Indianapolis will host our pre-registration, luncheon and serve as our bus pickup and drop off. They also have a great lounge area to gather after the daily sessions and is located near the 500 Ballroom via a skywalk.
