Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by motorsports pioneers Lyn St. James and Beth Paretta, created to support and promote the advancement of women across all roles in the motorsports industry—from drivers, engineers, and mechanics to media, executives, and event staff. With a mission to Advance, Connect, and Enable, WIMNA serves as a hub for mentorship, education, and networking opportunities that empower women at every stage of their careers. Through strategic partnerships, industry events, community chapters, and its flagship Women with Drive - Driven by Mobil 1 Summit, WIMNA is helping to shape a more inclusive and innovative future for motorsports while celebrating the contributions of women past, present, and future.
