Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2022 by Lyn St. James and Beth Paretta to advance opportunities for women across every discipline of motorsports. Guided by its mission to Advance, Connect & Enable, WIMNA brings together professional women and men who are committed to creating a more inclusive, resourceful environment through mentorship, advocacy, education, and career development.

Since its founding, WIMNA has become a leading force in the motorsports industry through impactful initiatives including the Women with Drive – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit, the Bosch Electrify Your Career in Motorsport program, WIMNA Chapters across the country, and educational resources designed to inspire and support the next generation of industry leaders.

In 2026, WIMNA expanded its impact with the launch of two major initiatives. WIMNA Nation is the organization's official membership community, bringing together professionals, students, enthusiasts, and supporters who share a passion for growing the motorsports industry. Members enjoy exclusive networking opportunities, special experiences, insider access, and the opportunity to help shape the future of WIMNA while building meaningful connections across the sport.

WIMNA also introduced WIMNA Career Connect, a first-of-its-kind virtual career platform designed to connect talent with opportunity throughout motorsports. Open to both women and men, Career Connect features employer showcases, job and internship opportunities, educational resources, networking lounges, and live virtual job fairs that bring together employers and job seekers from every corner of the industry. By creating direct connections between aspiring professionals and motorsports organizations, Career Connect strengthens WIMNA's commitment to workforce development and long-term industry growth.
