MEET THE CO-CHAIRS

Women with Drive V - Driven by Mobil 1 Co-Chairs
Lyn St. James and Cindy Sisson
Lyn St. James and Cindy Sisson have been friends for over 30 years—and champions for women in motorsports for just as long. Their journey began in the early 1990s, when Cindy, then Director of Promotions for the LPGA, launched the Women’s Golf Summit—an ambitious, industry-wide event aimed at addressing the challenges women faced both on and off the course. Among the attendees was Lyn, representing the Women’s Sports Foundation. Inspired by the summit’s impact and vision, she saw the need for a similar platform in auto racing—one that could spark meaningful change for women in motorsports.
It took more than three decades to bring that vision to life, but the Women with Drive – Driven by Mobil 1 Summit has already made waves across the industry after just four installments. Together, Lyn and Cindy continue to lead the charge, building momentum through the Women with Drive series of conferences. Their mission: to open doors, spark conversations, and create lasting opportunities for women who are driven—both on the track and behind the scenes.
