MEET THE CO-CHAIRS
Women with Drive IV - Driven by Mobil 1 Co-Chairs
Lyn St. James and Cindy Sisson
They've been friends for over 30 years and advocates for women in motorsports for just as long, if not longer. Lyn St. James and Cindy Sisson first met in the early 90s while Cindy, as Director of Promotions for the LPGA, spearheaded the Women's Golf Summit - an industry-wide event to discuss the challenges women faced both on and off the golf course. The summit drew industry leaders, both men and women, to champion a change. Lyn attended the Women's Golf Summit as a representative of the Women's Sports Foundation and knew this was the type of industry-wide event needed for women in her sport of auto racing. Although it took 30+ years to make this event a reality, the Women with Drive - Driven by Mobil 1 Summit has created a buzz in the industry after only three installments.
Lyn and Cindy continue to work tirelessly to create change for women in motorsports through events like the Women with Drive - Driven by Mobil 1 series of conferences to bring that industry-wide knowledge and support that is needed to develop careers on and off the track for women who hold a passion and talent for the sport.
