• Set up 500 Ballroom, Reception Room, Breakouts, etc.

• Set up Reception at IMS Museum - Time - TBD

• Pre-Registration begins at Noon in the Westin Lobby

• Shop Tours leaves the Westin at 1 PM

• Opening Reception at IMS Museum - 6-8 PM

TUESDAY, December 9th

• Summit full day (9 AM - 6 PM)

WEDNESDAY, December 10th

​

• Summit 1/2 day (9 AM - 1:30 PM)

• Summit cleanup (after 1:30 PM)

• Staff dinner/celebration
